Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

At Zamra, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please read our exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

• Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exchanges are only available for different sizes or an alternative item of equal value. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

• Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at info@zamramodest.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns.

4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange or issue store credit if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@zamramodest.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Additional Information

• Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

• We do not offer direct refunds—only exchanges or store credit.

• Zamra reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items do not meet our policy requirements.
